Associate Director - Impact Partnerships (Branded Content Sales)

As a Manager - Impact Partnerships at The Better India, you will play a crucial role in building solid relationships with brand marketing teams, CSR teams, and foundations to execute large-scale campaigns. Your responsibilities will include establishing The Better India as a thought leader in Purpose-driven Marketing/CSR/Development/Sustainability eco-system, negotiating partnership deals, and developing clear strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets. You will collaborate with internal teams to create impactful campaigns, participate in relevant events, apply for awards, and more. The ideal candidate for this position will have prior experience in partnerships, business development, or fundraising within the impact consulting, impact investing, or CSR projects space. They should have a proven track record of developing and executing end-to-end impact projects related to social change, sustainability, and similar areas. Additionally, proficiency in impact measurement and reporting in the development sector is highly valued. A strong network within the Development Sector and a Master's degree from a Tier-1 MBA institute or equivalent Social Science degree are preferred qualifications.
