Associate Director

As a part of the Leading MNC team, you will be responsible for leading and maintaining all components of the enterprise network infrastructure and security. You will manage a team of 25+ professionals, including Managers, Tech Leads, Network Architects, and Engineers. Your role will involve overseeing the full network lifecycle, which includes design, deployment, operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. It will be your responsibility to create, standardize, and document network designs and security templates. Additionally, you will lead operational excellence initiatives aimed at reducing failures, improving services, and analyzing performance metrics. To excel in this role, you should have at least 15 years of experience in enterprise networking, with a strong background in design, deployment, and support. You must possess deep expertise in large-scale WAN, LAN, WLAN, VoIP, and data center networking. Proficiency in platforms such as Juniper, Cisco, Fortinet, etc., is essential. A good understanding of network monitoring and observability tools is required, along with proficiency in automation tools and scripting languages like Python.
