Associate Director-Finance

As an Associate Director Finance at Firstsource Solutions Limited, your role will involve supporting monthly/quarterly financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis. You will assist in budgeting, financial planning, and business performance tracking. Your responsibilities will also include preparing management reports and executive dashboards with clear insights, conducting financial modelling, scenario planning, and margin analysis. Additionally, you will collaborate with business teams to gather data and ensure alignment, contribute to automation and efficiency improvements in reporting, and assist in ad-hoc analysis and strategic projects. Qualifications and Experience Required: - Chartered Accountant (CA) with 9-12 years of relevant experience, preferably in FP&A - Working knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint - Familiarity with SAP is preferred - Good understanding of financials and business performance metrics - Good analytical and communication skills Desired Skills: - Analytical mind-set with attention to detail and business acumen - Strong data analysis and interpretation skills - Good communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and meet tight timelines - A team player who is proactive and dependable - Experience in BFSI, BPO, or MNC environments is a plus Please note that Firstsource follows a fair, transparent, and merit-based hiring process.
