Role Overview: At Girnar Corrugators, we are seeking an Associate Director for Domestic Sales & Strategy to spearhead our domestic market expansion in the Corrugated & Offset Printed Packaging industry. Your primary challenge will be to own and drive high-growth domestic sales goals across key sectors such as Textiles, FMCG, Pharma, Automobile, Food and Beverages, among others. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, building internal sales systems, forming a high-performing team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless execution. Key Responsibilities: - Own and drive high-growth domestic sales goals across key sectors - Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including client acquisition and retention - Establish strong internal sales systems such as SOPs, account management protocols, and pricing policies - Form and lead a lean, high-performing team to achieve ambitious targets - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for reliable execution - Track and measure progress against monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs - Partner with leadership to drive vision and growth Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 12 years of solid B2B sales experience in corrugated or mono carton packaging, or related industries - Strong target orientation, data-driven mindset, and self-motivation - Ability to think strategically and execute hands-on when necessary - Experience in building and leading teams to drive results - Understanding of technical aspects of corrugated specs, offset finishing, buyer behavior, and effective client communication - Long-term ownership mindset and focus on sustainable growth Additional Details: Joining Girnar Corrugators offers a high-impact role with ownership and autonomy, a compensation structure rewarding outcomes, backed by robust manufacturing capabilities and a trusted brand in the industry.
