Associate Director - Domestic Sales & Strategy

As an Associate Director of Domestic Sales & Strategy at Girnar Corrugators, you will play a crucial role in driving high-growth domestic sales across key sectors such as Textiles, FMCG, Pharma, Automobile, Food and Beverages. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing go-to-market strategies, from client acquisition to retention. - Building strong internal sales systems including SOPs, account management protocols, and pricing policies. - Forming and leading a high-performing team to achieve ambitious targets. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. - Tracking and measuring progress against monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs. - Partnering with leadership to drive the company's vision. To excel in this role, you should have: - 12+ years of B2B sales experience in corrugated or mono carton packaging industry. - Strong target orientation, data-driven mindset, and self-motivation. - Ability to think strategically and be hands-on when necessary. - Experience in team building, leadership, and driving results. - Understanding of technical aspects of corrugated specs, offset finishing, and buyer behavior. - Motivation for long-term ownership and strategic thinking.
