Responsibilities: Manage the Daily client support function via excellent written and verbal communication. Assist the Product and Business Development functions Lead a team of experienced staff members who are all PGs/MBAs with an experience of 3+years. Expand the clientele, provide support to the existing clients, and manage internal operations. Help drive business growth by participating in the development of Sales, Digital Marketing and Market Research functions Leading the existing teams and managing the functions of Sales and Client Support. Studying competition and evolving markets continuously, to assist in improving and developing our own product Managing client relationships and ensuring impeccable customer service. Interacting with our potential & existing high potential clients across the Globe, about the products that we offer. Training, grooming, mentoring and performance management of the junior team members. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financial services industry happenings and current events. Study the ongoing economic events in the global capital market. Help the team in developing and writing research reports and publications to be presented to global clients. Requirement: CA/MBA Finance/ MA Economics/ M.Com. with prior work experience of 7-10 years.
