Associate Director - BIM MEP

AECOM’s Enterprise Capabilities team is looking for an Associate Director BIM - MEP to join our team in Gurugram.

• Should be proficient in BIM Authoring and Management tools like Revit, Revizto, Navisworks, Microstation, Open Building Designer, CAD to name a few.
• Works under minimal direction.
• Responsible for providing leadership and direction of specific BIM technologies to assigned project teams.
• Develops technical solutions to wide range of difficult problems.
• Independently determines and develops approach to solutions.
• Perform complex assignments involving the use of multiple application platforms and complex systems including Revit software to achieve set results and deadlines.

• Diploma (or equivalent education) in an appropriate engineering discipline from an accredited college, institute or university.
• Candidate should be having minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in Managing Large scale Building Projects in 3D & 2D environment.
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in working on ME Building Projects is a must.
• Minimum 5+ years in GDC/EC type of organizations delivery Projects for the International clients is a must.
