As an Associate Director, you will be at the forefront of top global Life Sciences projects, collaborating on innovative initiatives while leveraging your deep industry knowledge and marketing skills. Your primary responsibilities will include strong project management to successfully plan, execute, and deliver content initiatives. This will involve managing timelines, budgets, resources, and coordinating cross-functional teams. A key aspect of your role will be to make data-driven decisions to drive results effectively. You will be involved in various areas of work such as Digital Marketing, Creative Strategy, Brand Strategy, Campaign Management, Mar-Tech Strategy, and Customer Experience & Journey Development. Your role will also encompass Consulting & Advisory services, Digital Marketing strategies, Marketing Technology solutions, Gen AI implementations, Sales & Business Development engagements, and Practice Development activities. As an ideal candidate, you should possess in-depth knowledge of branding, creative development, digital marketing, and campaign optimization. Additionally, experience in working with middle to senior management levels, agencies, or marketing agencies for Life Sciences clients is crucial. Strong understanding of marketing and advertising technologies, along with the ability to apply technology know-how to enhance client outreach, will be valuable skills in this role. You should hold an MBA from a tier 1 institute, preferably with a bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field. With a proven track record of 8+ years in digital marketing and advertising platforms, particularly within the Life Sciences Industry, you are expected to bring expertise and leadership to the role.
