Role Overview

Associate Dentists

Key Responsibilities

Visit customers’ homes for consultations and perform
intraoral scans
using iTero or equivalent scanners.
Assess smile alignment and educate customers about the aligner treatment process.
Explain clinical reports, treatment outcomes, and pricing options clearly.
Achieve assigned
consultation and conversion targets
on a monthly basis.
Collaborate with the central sales & operations teams for smooth scheduling and follow-ups.
Ensure an excellent end-to-end customer experience during home visits.
Maintain accurate consultation data and update CRM regularly.
Uphold clinical hygiene and professionalism at all times during field visits.

Requirements

Qualification:
BDS / MDS (must be registered with DCI or state council).
Experience:
0–3 years (freshers open if confident in communication & sales).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Comfort with
field visits and daily travel
within the assigned city.
Tech-savvy and adaptable to mobile CRM tools and scanning devices.
