As an Associate Debt Manager, you will be responsible for managing debt flows and cross-selling products to our customers in the Ahmedabad, Gujarat region. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to promote debt products and cross-sell other banking products and services Identify and analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate debt solutions to meet their financial goals Monitor and manage debt flows to ensure timely repayments and minimize risk Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and efficient debt management processes Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to provide competitive debt products and services to customers Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Retail Banking department Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail banking, with a focus on debt management and cross-selling Strong understanding of debt products and services, as well as cross-selling strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Ability to work independently and in a team environment Knowledge of local market and customer preferences in Ahmedabad, Gujarat is preferred If you are a driven and results-oriented individual with a passion for retail banking and debt management, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at IDFC FIRST Bank.
