Job Description

Conduct data research by collecting, analysing , and interpreting data sets. Could be able to perform RCA and identify outliers in the data . Helps the customers in troubleshooting the issues related to the system. Utilise business tools for data extraction, model l ing , and troubleshooting to uncover the insights that help the customer for business growth. Collaborating with teams across functions to ensure smooth execution while adhering to timelines and quality standards. Align with organizational goals, and values and contribute to long-term success. Communicate effectively with stakeholders in the US , sharing project progress and addressing inquiries to maintain alignment. Requirements and skills: Experience of 1 -3 years in technical support to software products (B2B SaaS product) Experience in customer service, technical support, ticketing tools , and troubleshooting skills. Proficiency in Excel including Python/SQL Basic level . Should understand the renewable energy business. Strong team player while possessing the autonomy to manage his own workload. Excellent communication skill . Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in E lectrical engineering , Electronics & communication (Only)
