Associate Customer Success Manager

Your role includes the following key responsibilities: - Build and nurture strong relationships with college students, faculty, HOD, and management to ensure their needs are not only met but also exceeded. - Analyze customer data to enhance experiences and drive business growth. - Research and publish insightful white papers that contribute to industry knowledge. - Develop training materials and conduct product demonstrations to empower clients. - Develop and document high-level strategies for accomplishing specific project objectives. - Evaluate and refine onboarding processes, communication infrastructures, and customer success initiatives. To be successful in this role, you should have a proven experience in people management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent presentation skills, a genuine passion for the education sector, and a desire to enact change. Additionally, experience working in the Education sector or Educational NGOs and flexibility to travel as needed are desired qualifications.
