Associate Customer Success Manager

To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in people management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional presentation skills. A genuine passion for the education sector and a desire to drive change are essential qualities we are looking for in our ideal candidate. Additionally, flexibility to travel as needed is required. The educational qualifications for this position include a B.Tech/M.Tech/BA/MA/MBA/BBA degree.
