Associate Customer Service Manager

Role Overview: As an Associate Customer Service Manager in the Rural Banking department, your main responsibility is to manage and expand the retail banking business for the branch in a cost-efficient and technologically effective manner. You will oversee customer service and branch operations for a designated branch, ensuring daily branch upkeep. Your role as the central custodian of all Rural Banking documents will involve providing operational support for Rural and semi-urban retail products, maintaining the customer life cycle, fulfilling customer requests, and delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations and administration of the branch, ensuring strict compliance with the bank's policies and procedures. - Supervise branch operations and service delivery to customers in the rural network. - Perform data entry tasks such as application forms, customer ID creation, and account setups. - Verify files and documents including KYC checks, application forms, and loan documents. - Handle cash transactions and clearing processes. - Maintain a good audit rating for the branch. - Ensure best-in-class service delivery for both external and internal customers. - Collaborate as a business partner to strategize and implement critical operational and regulatory practices like compliance, lending operations, and operational risk. - Lead quality initiatives to optimize processes, improve turnaround time (TAT), and enhance service level agreements (SLAs). - Utilize automation and digitization tools to enhance process efficiency. Qualification Required: - Graduation in BA, BCom, BBA, BSc, BTech, BE, or any other graduate degree. - 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in banking or allied business.,
