Job Title: Customer Service Associate - Voice

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a professional and courteous manner

- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner

- Provide accurate information about our products and services

- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer issues

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries

- Meet and exceed customer service metrics

Requirements:

- Graduate From Any Stream or equivalent

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

- Ability to work in a voice process

- Willingness to work in a day shift (5 days a week with 2 rotational off)

- Strong problem-solving skills

-Must have all semester mark sheets hard copy ( Semester 1 to Semester 6)

- Positive attitude and a passion for customer service

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
