Job Description

As a Process Associate/Developer, Customer Service at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in identifying areas that require operational adaptation and improvement. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer queries and concerns, supporting data collection for account recovery, maintaining a deep understanding of client processes and policies, reproducing customer issues, and providing excellent customer service. Your critical thinking, analysis, and work ethic will be essential in this role. You will also need to work well independently and in a collaborative environment.
