Job Description

1. Corporate Sales and Business Development

  • Identify, approach, and onboard corporate clients for health tie-ups (e.g., annual health check-ups, wellness programs, occupational health services).
  • Develop customized healthcare packages and services tailored to corporate needs.
  • Maintain relationships with HR and administration heads of companies to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Organize health talks, medical camps, and wellness initiatives at corporate offices.
  • Track leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into customers using CRM tools.

2. Neighbourhood Marketing & Community Outreach

  • Plan and execute local marketing campaigns to create awareness about the hospitals services within the surrounding residential areas.
  • Organize community health check-up camps, awareness programs, and outreach events in housing societies, schools, and public spaces.
  • Build partnerships with local businesses, clinics, gyms, pharmacies, and other stakeholders to create referral networks.
  • Conduct door-to-door campaigns, distribute flyers, and put up kiosks or banners where allowed.

3. Branding and Promotion

  • Promote the hospitals services, specialties, doctors, and technology to target audiences.
  • Assist in implementing hospital branding activities within the community and corporate environments.
  • Support digital and offline campaigns aimed at increasing visibility of key hospital offerings (e.g., new departments, specialist OPDs, diagnostic packages).

4. Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address queries, complaints, or service issues raised by corporate or community partners.
  • Act as a key point of contact for client accounts and community representatives.

5. Reporting and Analysis

  • Maintain and update a database of all outreach and corporate engagement activities.
  • Prepare reports on lead generation, conversions, customer feedback, and ROI on campaigns.
  • Analyze trends to suggest improvements in strategy or new areas for outreach.

6. Cross-functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal hospital departments like diagnostics, health check-up units, administration, and doctors to organize events or fulfill commitments to corporate clients.
  • Work with the marketing and PR teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across activities.

Note

Education:

  • Graduate in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharma or related field from an accredited College or University.
  • Preferred: Post Graduate in related field.

Experience:

  • Requires a minimum of one year of relevant experience in Healthcare related industry.
  • Progressive Healthcare Sales & Marketing experience in a multi-site healthcare organization strongly preferred.

Skills and Competencies Required:

  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare marketing and sales practices.
  • Ability to plan and execute field activities and campaigns independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools for tracking leads and performance.
  • Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours for events and client meetings.

Other:

  • Requires the ability to travel in the service area on a regular basis.
  • Knowledge of key industry business drivers, emerging medical trends, and performance metrics, and ability to leverage that knowledge to inform strategy.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, collaborative, and analytical skills with a customer focus; must be able to foster and maintain sound working relationships.
  • Independently motivated and driven to achieve high goals and seek continuous improvement in knowledge and skills.
  • Competencies for sales efficiency and effectiveness; discipline in goal setting, prospecting, networking, territory management, and time management. Skills in account management, needs assessment, value propositioning, handling objections and gaining agreement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel, Power Point.
