We are looking for an Associate - Corporate Partnerships to join our team. Your key responsibilities will include: 1. Identify and onboard new companies for internships, jobs, collaborations, and hiring partnerships aligned with student profiles and course specializations. 2. Build, nurture, and manage long-term relationships with corporate partners, recruiters, vendors, and other key stakeholders. 3. Identify and onboard new companies for internships, jobs, collaborations, and hiring partnerships aligned with student profiles and course specializations. 4. Support end-to-end placement processes - posting job requirements, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, and managing offer rollouts. 5. Drive student engagement, discipline, and professionalism throughout the placement journey; design and implement engagement initiatives. 6. Maintain and update student and employer databases, manage documents, and organize resources for placement activities. 7. Understand client hiring needs and craft tailored talent solutions using our student base and Specialization programs.
