Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute test cases for ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations. Perform manual and automated testing of new and existing functionalities. Validate business processes across various ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, etc. Utilize ServiceNow's Automated Test Framework (ATF) for developing automated test scripts. Conduct functional, regression, performance, and integration testing. Document and report test results, collaborating with the development team to resolve defects. Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices for testing and platform maintenance. Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Work Mode: Hybrid Shift : US Shift (9 PM to 6 AM)
