Build and maintain BIRT reports to support finance operations and reporting needs.
Develop and optimize calculated fields for custom reporting and business processes.
Work with XML, XSLT, and XPath to configure and troubleshoot integrations.
Collaborate with Finance teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions across Workday Financial modules (e.g., Accounting, Procurement, Expenses, Projects).
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to existing integrations.
Ensure compliance with integration best practices, security, and governance standards.
Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance) for end-to-end integration management.
Strong expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
Proficiency in BIRT reporting and calculated fields.
Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, XPath for data transformation and integration troubleshooting.
Solid understanding of Workday Financial modules and finance business processes.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
