We are hiring a skilled Maximo Application Developer to design, configure, and maintain IBM Maximo solutions to support enterprise asset management (EAM) processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Maximo customization, workflow automation, and integration with third-party systems. You will work closely with business and technical teams to enhance functionality, improve performance, and ensure seamless user experiences within the Maximo ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement Maximo configurations and customizations. Build and manage workflows, escalations, and automation scripts within Maximo. Integrate Maximo with other enterprise applications using APIs or middleware. Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions. Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations and changes. Support system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
