Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst/ Product Manager / Program Manager with 3 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and a strong understanding of software development and project management. ### Roles and Responsibility Define the vision for the product, setting the direction and goals to build reliable, resilient, and future-adaptive Gen AI applications/deployable solutions. Incubate new features and products with customers, ensuring readiness through repeatable and scalable processes. Identify user problems, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform product decisions. Prioritize customer requests and long-term platform goals to ensure alignment with business objectives. Establish feedback loops between customer-facing and engineering teams to gather, prioritize feedback, scope releases, and ensure smooth launches. Communicate product vision and priorities to stakeholders, team members, and executives to ensure transparency and buy-in. ### Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop practical solutions. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including technical, design, and operations. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools is desirable. Deeply curious, a fast learner, and an experimental mindset about the futuristic applications of AI in Tech. Experience working for small, growing startups is a plus. User-centered, empathetic, and an intuitive understanding of what makes a great user experience. Practical approach to solving issues and complex problems, delivering insightful and practical solutions. Ability to deliver client service while building career opportunities without sacrificing personal priorities.
