Associate Consultant Intern The program: Our summer internship program for bachelors and masters degree candidates provides broad exposure to the consulting industry and teaches business strategy through full-time immersion on a Bain case team. As an Associate Consultant Intern (ACI), youll begin with a week of intensive training led by our experienced consultants and very similar to the training received by new associate consultants. If you meet our performance expectations, you ll receive an offer to return full-time as an associate consultants upon graduating. What Youll Do: After training, youll be assigned to an active case. Heres a sample of what you can expect to experience and accomplish: Work on a case team with three to five other consultants, taking charge of a distinct aspect of the project Interview clients customers, competitors, suppliers and employers work that will become the basis of the case teams strategic recommendations Own and identify information sources, gather and interpret data, and execute analysis to translate into meaningful insights Present your findings to case team members and client stakeholders Qualifications and Application Information: To apply, youll need to submit the following items, plus any additional requirements for the main office you wish to join: Resume/CV (Word doc or PDF files only) Educational background information Work experience Relevant test scores Strong academic background and analytical skills, high motivation levels, and outstanding interpersonal skills All majors welcome Must be a 3rd year on track to graduate by June 2023 Applicant must have received, or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine, and be fully vaccinated (established 2 weeks following final dose) by date of employment with Bain & Company to be considered for U.S.-based jobs, subject to required accommodation process
