ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT Noida 4.5-8 Years INDIA Job Description (Posting). SDWAN Account creation for the Europe region Create VPC/Subnet/SG in the Ireland region Create VPC/Subnet/SG in Frankfurt region Route Table creation in both regions and attached to the VMX subnet Route Table creation in both regions and attached to the Greenfield transit gateway (Ireland & Frankfurt) region Create SDWAN VPC peering within Europe regions (Ireland to Frankfurt & Frankfurt to Ireland) Deploy the VMX appliance on both regions (Ireland & Frankfurt) as per the required configurations shared by the Vodafone team Shared the VMX appliance CIDR/IPs range with Vodafone Create/Identify the test VM in a separate environment in Ireland for testing Create/Identify the test VM in the separate environment in Frankfurt for testing Create/Identify the test VM in a separate environment in Ireland for testing Troubleshoot any connectivity, routing or FW rules issues Re-test connectivity after issues fixed Establish Manual VMx failover configurations and perform the connectivity testing to Ireland Establish Manual VMx failover configurations and perform the connectivity testing to Frankfurt Share all the connectivity artifacts to Belron / HCL BAU confirming the deployment is successful (1.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (2.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases (3.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans. (4.) To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (5.) To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management (6.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
