As a candidate for the role, you will need to have at least 3+ years of experience in Sales Performance Management (SPM) and Incentive Compensation Implementation. Your experience should also include working with other Sales Performance Management or Incentive Compensation solutions such as Callidus Oracle Incentive Compensation, Anaplan. Additionally, familiarity with Varicent and Xactly would be a plus. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain ICM models and reports with a minimum of two full lifecycle implementations of an ICM model - Utilize ICM modules such as Composer, Portal Access, Task Manager, and Presenter - Build import processes, workflow processes, calculation logic, reports, and web forms - Work with relational databases, dimensional databases, and have a basic understanding of SQL queries - Create requirement documents, technical specifications, unit test plans, estimation documents, roadmaps, and architectural documents - Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing code and configurations - Translate technical processes and terms for non-technical users - Understand sales compensation business processes - Knowledge of software development and implementation lifecycles - Experience in global system rollouts strategy, planning, vendor selection, and implementation planning - Familiarity with IT methodologies such as ITIL, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile Development Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of SPM, Incentive Compensation Implementation experience - Experience with Callidus Oracle Incentive Compensation, Anaplan.
