As a Campus Talent Attraction Specialist, your responsibilities will include partnering with campus recruiting to develop and execute the attraction and marketing strategy for campuses in India. This will involve addressing stakeholder needs and challenges, cultivating strong relationships with local universities (including careers services and relevant faculties), organizing and overseeing student events, and devising a content plan for India. Your role will also entail creating captivating content across different channels to position UBS as an appealing employer and attract qualified applicants to open roles. Our team, the Junior Talent and Talent Attraction function, is dedicated to attracting top talent to the bank and managing our campus programs. Reporting to the Global Head of Campus Talent Attraction, we are enthusiastic about driving change and impact by engaging campus talent to join UBS. In addition to being passionate about what we do, we are committed to making a significant business impact and fostering a collaborative and enjoyable work environment. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience in university relations, campus marketing, or recruiting, along with a deep understanding of the university and competitor landscape in India. Building relationships with stakeholders and candidates should be a strength of yours, and experience in digital marketing and content creation would be advantageous. A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is required. As the ideal candidate, you are strategic yet hands-on, adept at executing tasks efficiently, skilled at managing stakeholders effectively, highly organized, and driven by deadlines.
