Role Overview: As a member of the advisory risk services team at EY, your main objective will be to provide clients with a candid and reliable overview of their risk landscape. You will be responsible for executing client-related engagements in the areas of internal audits, risk assurance, risk transformation, and financial services risk management. Key Responsibilities: - Engage effectively with clients and execute engagements in areas such as internal audit, enterprise risk management, compliance risk, regulatory services, internal controls, contract risk services, and business process management under the supervision of Seniors and Managers. - Drive innovation in service delivery, ensuring alignment with the firm's quality and risk management requirements. - Assist in business development proposals for existing and new clients. - Contribute to developing and refreshing methodologies for existing and new solutions. - Participate in firm-wide initiatives including learning and development programs, campus recruitment, knowledge sharing, and practice development. - Take on project execution responsibilities individually or as part of a team, following the work plan. - Review work done by subordinates, providing qualitative inputs before submission of deliverables. - Adhere to EY's code of conduct, values, and quality standards. Qualifications Required: - Chartered Accountant - Nov18 (qualified) & May18 (awaiting results). - Exhibit initiative and participate in corporate social and team events. - Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to multiple cultures/sectors, agility, and diversity. - Possess a structured thought process, problem-solving skills, and an analytical mindset. - Willingness to travel. - Good interpersonal and communication skills. - IT Savvy.
