Job Position:

Role Description

·      Check and certify quantities in contractors’ RA and final bills as per contract terms, IS codes and standard industry practice.

• Check and certify quantities in contractors’ RA and final bills as per contract terms, IS codes and standard industry practice.

• Take physical measurements of executed works at site to verify quantities claimed by vendors.

• Prepare and maintain tracking sheets for quantities paid in each running account bills to avoid duplicate payment. • Carry out quantity take off from drawings using CostX (3D) / AutoCAD.

• Generate area wise quantity certification reports for each RA and final bill and update material reconciliation and Cost to Completion periodically.

Key Skills & Qualification

· BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 4–8 years’ Civil/QS experience, preferably in industrial/manufacturing projects.

· Sound technical knowledge of Civil, PEB and Interior (Civil QS) works and relevant IS codes; strong understanding of quantity‑surveying techniques; proficient in MS Excel, with working knowledge of AutoCAD and CostX‑3D
