Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a team of

    8-10 highly motivated front-line sales professionals

    to drive business growth.
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture by implementing the

    digital sales management process

    and encouraging desired sales behaviors.
  • Develop and execute a

    strategic sales plan

    to expand the advisor (agent) network and achieve business targets.
  • Plan, monitor, and manage the

    branch/unit’s revenue objectives

    to ensure consistent growth.
  • Regularly review the team's progress against set goals, providing guidance and support to drive success.
  • Ensure

    business quality and persistency

Required Qualifications & Experience:
