Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate located in Noida. The Associate will handle day-to-day tasks such as assisting in property transactions, conducting market research, preparing sales and leasing documents, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and providing administrative support. The role requires close collaboration with team members to ensure the smooth execution of real estate deals and excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Strong market research and analytical skills
• Experience in property transactions, sales, and leasing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in preparing sales and leasing documents
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
