Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is based in Ahmedabad. The Associate Business Partner will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients and stakeholders, driving business development initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of customized insurance solutions. The role involves achieving sales targets, providing customer service excellence, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, the Associate Business Partner will play a key role in identifying new opportunities for growth and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in business development, relationship management, and client engagement
• Proficiency in sales and marketing strategies, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across multiple functions
• Experience in the life insurance or financial services industry is advantageous
• Educational qualification: A bachelor's degree

or HSC

• Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
