Job Description

Key Deliverables:

Oversee the annual vision, planning, and OKR setting for branded users in the category
Manage customer experience, growth, and P&L for the category
Lead initiatives for non-incremental growth by identifying key levers
Identify and onboard potential brand partnerships
Present findings and updates to senior leadership, including the CEO

Role Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including user growth, product, and fulfillment
Strategize and scale Meesho Brand through partnerships and innovative solutions
Drive business growth through data-backed decisions and continuous process improvement
Develop first-principle thinking to solve challenges in brand and category management
Track and report on progress toward achieving business goals
