Job Description

Identify potential business opportunities and target markets Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends and potential clients Generate leads and build a strong pipeline through cold calling, networking, and referrals Schedule and attend meetings with prospects to present company offerings Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective strategies to meet weekly targets Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends Schedule and conduct product demos and presentations to highlight program benefits Deliver personalized attention and exceptional customer service Address customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally and promptly Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in line with company policies Complete necessary sales documentation and ensure proper follow-up Skills Required: Proven experience in business development or sales, especially in a B2C environment Prior EdTech industry experience is mandatory Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-driven and results-oriented mindset Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Proficiency in CRM tools and sales-related software Familiarity with lead generation and market research techniques
