Key Responsibilities: Clinical Community Building: - Identify and engage with relevant communities - Promote Sukoon Health's clinical services - Organize events and experiences adhering to the "Sukoon Standard" - Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders - Meet assigned targets and manage budgets effectively Insurance: - Identify key insurance providers in different market segments - Develop an empanelment strategy aligned with objectives - Ensure timely reimbursements and seamless insurance processes - Maintain a favorable claim rate within established benchmarks Conversion: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align dissemination strategies with objectives - Review and approve published marketing collateral - Enhance patient experience throughout the conversion funnel - Work with content teams to craft effective vernacular communication strategies Partnerships: - Establish strategic clinical partnerships tailored to specific markets - Foster relationships with corporate entities and institutions as per Annual Operating Plan (AOP) - Engage with public health organizations to drive meaningful collaborations Qualifications: - Extensive background in healthcare sales and business development - Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership roles within established organizations - Proficient in communication and team-building - Detail-oriented with the ability to interpret and present clinical data effectively - Flexible and adaptable to evolving products and market strategies Join Sukoon Health as a Business Development Lead in Delhi and contribute to the growth of India's pioneering mental health care network.,
