The Souled Store is India’s biggest brand for all things pop culture, with a focus on creating fun, expressive, and trend-driven apparel and lifestyle products. We’re now looking for a passionate and proactive Brand Marketing Associate to join our growing team.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Brand Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the digital presence of The Souled Store across categories, including Menswear, Womenswear, and Sneakers. You will manage social media content, collaborate with influencers, and bring fresh, creative ideas to life that align with the brand's voice and vision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Management (Menswear, Womenswear, Sneakers pages):

• Own the day-to-day management of social media pages (Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube)
• Plan and schedule posts in coordination with the growth, design and video editing teams
• Ideate and execute content campaigns, reels, and stories to drive engagement
• Track performance using analytics tools and iterate based on insights

Influencer Marketing:

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers across categories
• Draft influencer briefs, scripts, and ensure alignment with campaign objectives
• Coordinate content creation, timelines, and deliverables
• Review influencer content and provide constructive feedback before publishing
• Maintain and update influencer databases and performance reports
