About the Role
We are looking for an Associate / Associate Level 1 to join our Security Master, Benchmark & Pricing Operations team at BNP Paribas ISPL Chennai. The team supports Investment Operations for orgnizations Asset Management, ensuring accurate creation of securities, benchmark maintenance, and daily price validation for listed and OTC instruments across APAC & EMEA regions. This role offers the opportunity to work in a global environment, interacting with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring operational excellence, and contributing to process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
🔷 Perform daily security pricing, asset creation, and benchmark maintenance within given deadlines.
🔷 Update listed & OTC securities prices to support fund valuation (NAV) and reporting activities.
🔷 Set up securities across multiple instruments (Equities, Bonds, Unit Trusts, etc.) in accounting platforms.
🔷 Maintain indices & benchmarks for funds and mandates.
🔷 Collaborate with vendors (Bloomberg, Telekurs, Reuters) for accurate data.
🔷 Resolve issues and queries in line with SLA requirements.
🔷 Review and improve processes, implement controls, and support ad-hoc projects.
🔷 Ensure strong client focus with professional and prompt communication.
