Associate Art Director

Additionally, you will interface with US clients as the lead creative representative, eliciting clear project direction when necessary. Effective communication with internal stakeholders to understand technical requirements is crucial. Close interaction with Instructional Managers, Creative Leaders, and Functional Managers is expected to ensure project success. As part of your responsibilities, you will be required to think big and create visual concepts that align with the creative brief. Generating original and engaging visual executions across various media formats is essential. Analyzing audience profiles and functional specifications to develop effective visual strategies is a key aspect of this role. Collaboration with internal teams including instructional designers, copywriters, and project managers is necessary to deliver high-quality projects within deadlines. The candidate should possess a degree or diploma in visual design or graphic design. Experience in team management is advantageous but not mandatory. Client interaction skills are a must-have for this role. Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects is required. Familiarity with e-learning tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Raptivity is preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, and proofreading capabilities are essential for this position.,
