Associate Art Director

You will be responsible for nurturing and growing the creative-design team's capabilities, competencies, and deliverables at a strategic client level. You will provide both technical as well as design assistance in high-end critical projects. Collaborate with the operations team in setting up the right frameworks for effective and high-quality project delivery. - Lead the creative journey: Define the visual direction for branding projects, ensure design choice is intentional and impactful. - Collab & Create: Partner with copywriters, designers, and clients to bring ideas to life in bold and unexpected ways. - Be the Brand Custodian: Maintain consistency across platforms - print, digital, video, and beyond while working on multiple creative assets. - Inspire the Team: Mentor and energize a talented crew of designers, illustrators, and visual storytellers. - Stay Ahead of Trends: Infuse fresh inspiration by keeping a pulse on design, culture, and emerging tech. **Required Skills:** - 8+ years of experience in a publishing house. - Technical proficiency in multiple design tools. - Creative mindset with an eye for detail. - Effective planning and decision-making skills. - Ability to work on Mac-based / Windows-based workstations. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
