Job Description

Position

Associate (Litigation)

Location

Delhi / NCR (or specify court/location)

Role Description

Drafting, vetting, and filing of petitions, written statements, applications, replies, rejoinders, affidavits, and other legal pleadings
Court appearances before District Courts, Tribunals, and High Courts
Legal research on civil, criminal, constitutional, and commercial laws
Assisting in arguments, case strategy, and trial preparation
Handling client conferences, maintaining case files, and follow-ups
Coordinating with court staff, registry, and clerks for filings and listings
Preparing briefs, synopses, lists of dates, and case notes

Qualifications

AIBE Qualified (All India Bar Examination – mandatory)
LL.B (3 Years / 5 Years) or LL.M from a recognized university
Enrollment with the State Bar Council

Experience

0–3 years (Freshers with strong drafting skills may apply)
