Associate Analyst

Associate Job Title : Associate Analyst (EXT)

Department : Document Management - Quality Operations

Location - Hyderabad

CTC - up to 8 LPA

Tenure - 12 - 18 Months

Major Accountabilities Common Accountabilities (applicable to all service teams)

• Comply with internal functional requirements such as KPI reporting, ticket management tools and any other internal procedures and processes.
• Assist the department on any other ad hoc activities/requests to meet the business requirements.
• Generate and analyze predefined and ad-hoc reports in various applications and perform follow-up actions if required.
• Regularly communicate with partners and obtain feedback on services delivered.
• Focus on timely completion of all relevant and assigned trainings.
• Learn & develop understanding to generate insights through data and digital.
• Ensure responsibility and ownership of the assigned tasks.
• Comply with accuracy and timeliness of deliverables.
• Comply to the applicable operating procedures as per legal/ IT/ P&O requirements
• Hold and manage key accounts in workflow applications to ensure appropriate execution of service deliverables.
• Create and review GxP documents including SOPs, working procedures, trend reports, qualification reports and technical investigations, as and when needed.
• Provide active support during internal and external audits.
• Proficient skills in MS office tools.

Document Management:

• Perform service requests in the Applications (ESOPS, CONDOR & SUBWAY) and any other IT tool, as needed.
• Support in the process development and implementation, training and documentation for any new or existing business transition activities.
• Assist in ad hoc administrative activities as per business requirement.

Business User Access Management:

• Support in providing necessary access or privileges grant/modify/remove/activate/deactivate/add for the identified systems like ESOPS, SUBWAY, CONDOR and other applicable IT tools or applications based on business requirements. Key Performance Indicators
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Achieve Right First-Time quality in all tasks.
• Timeliness Specific Professional Competencies
• GxP knowledge, Basic IT knowledge, Thorough understanding of Quality Management Systems.
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
