Associate Analyst

You are a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Analyst at Dotdash Meredith India Services Pvt. Ltd. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in providing critical insights to the executive leadership by developing and maintaining comprehensive reports that inform strategic decision-making. Your primary responsibilities include gathering, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies from various sources. You will create accurate, informative, and visually appealing reports using advanced Excel functions and techniques, along with designing dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate key findings to C-suite executives and stakeholders. Collaborating with business teams, you will translate their reporting needs into actionable insights and implement data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making. Furthermore, you will ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity throughout the reporting process, while developing and maintaining data quality standards and governance procedures. As an Associate Analyst, you will effectively communicate complex data concepts and findings to C-suite executives and stakeholders, building strong relationships with business teams to understand their needs and provide valuable insights. The mandatory skills for this role include proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data modeling, data visualization, and good communication. It would be beneficial to have knowledge of Online Advertising and Digital Media functions, a basic understanding of financial terminologies, and familiarity with SQL/Python. Your designation is Associate Analyst, and you are required to work from 1 PM to 10 PM IST at Eco World, Bengaluru, following a hybrid work model.
