CRY addresses children’s critical needs by working with parents, teachers, anganwadi workers, communities, district and state level governments as well as the children themselves. Over the last 4 decades, CRY has impacted the lives of over 4.7 million children across 20 states in India.

Your Role
This role seeks to promote volunteerism amongst the target stakeholders in the region. You will support VE region lead in delivering effective citizen’s engagement campaigns and programmes to achieve maximum results in furthering citizen’s engagement on child rights!

It will entail meeting and interacting with varied people and collaborators, building conviction and motivation in them to take diverse action and also having diligence to maintain and track data and stories to further our work on volunteerism. With room for experimenting, energy and ‘can do’ spirit will be the key to give support and strength to the team’s endeavor to churn out effective individual and collective action on child rights!

You
You must be a Masters in Social Sciences/ Social Work/Management/Mass media with 3 years plus of relevant experience

A basic understanding on child rights issues is expected. Being pro with MS office, google documents and AI tools are essential. Sharp understanding of social media functioning and campaigns will be an added advantage. Flair of writing in English and knowing the local language is desirable.
