Job Description

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new insurance advisors by conducting market research, organizing recruitment drives, and building strong professional networks. Ensure that potential advisors clearly understand business opportunities, earning potential, and support provided by the organization.
  • Provide continuous training, mentoring, and performance coaching to advisors to help them achieve sales targets. Conduct regular reviews, deliver product knowledge sessions, and guide advisors on improving customer interactions and conversion rates.
  • Drive business growth by supporting advisors in sourcing customers, executing sales strategies, conducting client meetings, and offering suitable insurance solutions. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term retention and repeat business.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics, track productivity, and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory guidelines. Prepare accurate reports, manage key operational processes, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
