Position Overview

The Associate Agency Development Manager supports the growth, development, and performance of an agency or sales team. The role focuses on recruiting, training, coaching, and monitoring sales agents to meet organizational goals. An AADM acts as a bridge between management and field agents, ensuring high productivity, compliance, and quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Identify, attract, and recruit potential sales agents through various sourcing channels.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks.
  • Organize and facilitate onboarding sessions to ensure new agents understand company processes, values, and expectations.

2. Training & Development

  • Deliver training programs covering product knowledge, sales techniques, compliance, and customer service.
  • Mentor and coach agents to improve sales skills, professionalism, and performance.
  • Monitor agent progress and provide continuous learning opportunities.

3. Sales Management & Performance Monitoring

  • Assist agents in setting and achieving sales targets.
  • Regularly review performance metrics and generate reports for management.
  • Conduct field visits, joint sales calls, and market activities to support agent productivity.

4. Agency Operations Support

  • Ensure agency processes comply with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Help maintain documentation, CRM systems, and reporting tools.
  • Coordinate marketing activities, customer engagement campaigns, and community outreach.

5. Relationship Building

  • Foster strong relationships with agents to maintain high motivation and retention.
  • Work closely with senior managers to align strategies with business goals.
  • Address agent concerns promptly and effectively.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in sales, agency operations, or team leadership is an advantage.

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership ability with a passion for mentorship and training.
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and organized.
  • Analytical and able to interpret sales data.
