Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Associate Agency Development Manager to join our team at Max Life Insurance Company Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AADM.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective agency development strategies to drive business growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, agencies, and other stakeholders.

Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Provide training and support to agents and agencies on products and services.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of agents and agencies to ensure compliance with company standards.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in AADM or a related field.

Strong knowledge of the insurance industry and its regulations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools.
