Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Associate Agency Development Manager to join our team at Max Life Insurance Company Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AADM.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective agency development strategies to drive business growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, agencies, and other stakeholders.

Identify and recruit new agents to expand the agency network.

Provide training and support to ensure agents meet their sales targets.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize agency development efforts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in AADM or a related field.

Strong understanding of the insurance industry and its trends.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
