Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Associate Agency Development Manager to join our team at Max Life Insurance Company Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AADM and be able to drive business growth through effective agency development strategies.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive agency development plans to achieve business objectives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, brokers, and other partners.

Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of agency channels and provide recommendations for improvement.

Identify and mitigate risks associated with agency development activities.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in AADM with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Strong understanding of the insurance industry and its regulations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
