Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join Company. The role focuses on agent recruitment, agent development, and achieving business targets while maintaining strong customer centricity. Key Responsibilities: Recruit and build a strong team of life insurance agents Develop agents through regular training, joint fieldwork, and performance reviews Drive business growth and achieve monthly & quarterly targets Ensure implementation of company processes and compliance norms Strengthen customer relationships and deliver excellent service standards Maintain and expand agent pipeline through referrals and activities Desired Candidate Profile: Strong communication, leadership, and people-management skills Goal-oriented with the ability to work in a target-driven environment
