Job Description

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop insurance agency partners by identifying potential agents, explaining business opportunities, guiding them through licensing processes, and ensuring they are adequately trained to represent the organizations products and values in the assigned territory.
  • Drive agency performance by setting clear targets, monitoring sales productivity, conducting regular performance reviews, and implementing corrective action plans to improve agent efficiency, customer acquisition, and policy conversion ratios.
  • Provide continuous training, coaching, and field support to agency partners on products, sales processes, compliance requirements, and customer service standards to ensure sustainable business growth and adherence to regulatory norms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as underwriting, operations, and customer service to resolve agent and customer issues promptly, ensure smooth policy issuance, and improve overall turnaround time and service quality.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and territory potential to identify growth opportunities, plan local marketing initiatives, and strengthen the agency networks presence in the assigned region.
