Adeeba E Services is currently hiring Inbound Technical Support Executives for the US Shift (Night Shift). The desired skills for this position include having 1 or 2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in an International BPO, the ability to close their own calls, good communication skills, experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email issues, Mac, iPhone, iPad, ability to handle customer's issues and provide accurate resolution, and flexibility to work in night shifts. The salary for this position is negotiable based on experience and last/current drawn CTC plus attractive incentives. Immediate joining is preferable. The perks and benefits include a fixed salary on the 1st of every month in a salary account, 24 leaves in a year, comp offs, birthday leaves, very attractive incentives, no extension of shift timings, and a friendly working environment. Qualifications required for this position include HS.
